Customers of 52memories can have postcards sent to natural persons (Recipients) through us, which have been created by themselves or by third parties, e.g. wedding guests. In this context, we store personal data from the Recipients such as wedding date, address, name, etc., which we do not receive directly from the Recipient, but through our customers. We use this data in accordance with this privacy policy in order to fulfill the customer's order to send the postcards, i.e. to fulfill our contractual obligation. Without the processing of this data, proper processing of the shipping order would not be possible. The data will only be disclosed to fulfill the contract and in no case to third parties for advertising purposes.

The website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook/Meta, previously known as Facebook Pixel. This service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland. Facebook states that the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other countries.
